remote: 32 header error htc one max

trying to flash the RADIO for the device to work for HTC ONE MAX - Sprint with SIM based as it works fine for HTC ONE - Sprint

i tried the file as it is i got the error as follows
C:\Users\Notebook\Desktop\fastboot>fastboot flash zip "CT3G_radio.zip"

then i changed IN the android-info.txt---> model id : 0P3P70000 and mainver : 1.16.651.4

now i tried but getting error "FAILED (remote: 32 header error)"
