Insurance is NOT an upgrade program. You are not "entitled" to use it just to get a new device. It's there in case of accident or hardware failure. Any other use of insurance is insurance fraud and is illegal.

Grow up. It is insurance fraud. Regardless of how much the final payment is, you can be convicted for it and it most certainly is a felony.
