Think once, It was a powerful device with a quadcore processor. I thought it would be around 38k before release.
According to gsmarena, the offcontract price for one x is €599 , which translates to roughly 40,500 INR... 35k is a lot less, definitely interested! now to wait and see what sammy has planned with sgs3.. everything else is honestly no contest for one x.

Don't remember exactly, but smwhr it was mentioned, it released in india on 2ndApril N price wud b 35K.

how long do android phone prices usually take to come down? 2-3 months, or more? still this is a lot of bang for the buck!

dont tell me iphone 4s! i dont consider that pos as a competitor not even close. overpriced, under-specced cult following device. all apple products are decent only after their price drops 2 yrs later! and by then, they become obsolete. forget apple! the costliest real phones are like 40-45k max..
igyaan.in had mentioned on its website that the phone is launching on monday april 2nd for 35k.

i am using it,yes the 64GB model and hence saying it{will not go into which is better or else}
don't get me wrong! i own 3 iDevices too, itouch 4g, iphone 3gs and ipad 2.. apple's nice, but HORRIBLY Overpriced! And i think now is the right time to shift to the android!
anyway back on topic of HTC One X, it really seems too good to be true, SO MANY awesome features priced at 35k... almost like a dream come true!

Hey, they usually cost more than actual price. Why don't you just check the mobile store website.
For me, I will wait until it was completely out in stores. I will just walk in and have my phone. Don't want to wait until its being shipped.
I had a Gift voucher from FlipKart so used it there. Otherwise I would have went to store to get it. Even in store for like 2 or 3 weeks, you won't get lower price. I guess is it might take a month or so after the release when the price comes around 35K.

Ok.
But it was already priced for 35,850 in the mobile store. So I thought it will be around 35k in the stores. And I just asked my nearest HTC retailer in HYD and he said that the mobile will be available on tuesday for 35k in the stores.

Take my word its not upto all the hype. I was struggling to find what was really new and what has changed. Could figure out three useful features
a) Google now
b) Voice search
c)two finger gesture.
I feel all three features are something you can live wihout.
After using the phone for about 24 hours the performance has just gone off the cliff. Its lagging heavily and is pretty much unusable. I have done a factory reset now. Hoping it will not degrade as earlier
Take it from me that our HOX running 4.0.4 is light years ahead of the S3 running JB. I have personally experienced it. so just relax and enjoy your phone.
