[Q] Internet pass-through on 4.4.2

Hi,
Thank you for reading this.
While my HTC One on 4.2.2. uses my PC for Internet access nicely, my other One on 4.4.2 does not.

Under 4.2.2. settings shows the option
more... (Wireless and networks) / Mobile network sharing / USB network setting / Internet pass-through

Under 4.4.2 there is
more... (Wireless and networks) / Mobile network sharing
but no
USB network setting

How do I enable the One (M7) with Android 4.4.2 to use internet pass-through?

Hi yatindroid,
The very problem is: In 4.4.2. that setting is NOT available in that menu.
My PC settings are fine as it works nicely with the One featuring 4.2.2.

It's weird why check box there in 4.4.2
Mine also 4.4.2 but don't have check box
It seems system framework file corrupted so try flash system again

Both phones are 100% stock. The 4.4.2 one just arrived and was factory reset and does not have the setting in it's menu.

Do you want to say that Internet pass-through was abandoned after 4.2.2?
There is really no way to switch it on for 4.4.2?
Are you sure?

internet pass through working for me 4.4.2
I want to say find a ruu flash it any software problem will vanish
