[Q] how to make a working backup of whatsapp running on 4.2.2 to Run on RR 4.4.2 ?

go to whatsapp setting >take a manual back up>move the folder whatsup from internal storage to ext sd card> flash rr>gapps>reboot>move whatsapp folder to int storage>install whats app >it will detect the back up >profit

Actually the no(SIM) which is registered with Whatsapp is Lost. 
So installing is my Problem and not backing up .
Tried titanium backup
But nothing happened.

Then there is no hope whatsapp uses your no as your identification.. All the best

@Preshak ....u dnt need ur regstd sim...copy d whatsapp foldr to sd card...install d nw rom...copy d foldr bk to intrnl...sign into google...sync d contacts....den install whtsapp again..it will detect d bkup....make sure u hv d contacts...den nly it will wrk..
