I am unable to download, move stuff or delete things to on my sd card.

You need to modify the file
Root > etc > permissions > platform.xml
Then change the SD Premssion from ro to rr

Sdfix from playstore will change permissions & allow access to sd link

Add this line under the WRITE_EXTERNAL section

corrupted?? or you flashed any Custom ROM/Kernal?

I can move, delete or copy stuff in samsungs file manager but cannot in the 3rd party file managers.
Also there used to be 2 icons for external sd card and now there is only one.
