V0.2 works better than v0.1, but there are still some problems.

- I want to add 8 Ebooks. All are .epub and all have the correct Name format.
- I put the 8 .epub files in My Document/Reader/Books.

And here is the RESULT:

* The program tells me that he found 0 files in My Document/Reader/Books
* The program tells me that he found 0 files in SD CARD/Reader/Books
* HOWEVER, in the Ebook Tab, it says there are 16 books (10 original + 6 new ones)
* So it means the soft found only some of the .epub files (6 over 8)
* even if it said that he did not find any.

Please, keep on the good work, because it's useful and promissing

[EDIT: Ok, I think the program missed 2 ebooks because of their titles. Both their titles contained ' (e.g. "L'Esprit Souterrain"). I removed the ' , and finally the program was able to find the 2 ebooks it missed the first time... Weird]

There was a problem in the way the program count the number of books. If it detect any problem with a book, reset the counter to 0. That's the reason you have a "found 0 books".

It's fixed in the 03 version in the first post.

Also I didn' manage to display the front covers of the new books...

My ebooks were simple .epub files, which were not provided with any specific cover.

So I found the relevant picture on the net, resize it in the right format (i.e. JPG 250x380), renamed it exactly the same name as the corresponding ebook and placed it in the My Documents/Reader/Images folder.

But... it didn't work. The book appears but not its image .

Any idea?

Can you send me one problematic picture ?

what about the problem with the SD card (it seems to me that the program cannot find the ebooks placed in Storage Card/my Documents/Reader...),

In the folder
\Storage Card\My Documents\Reader\Books i've the file HD2 HTC-HTC.epub
\Storage Card\My Documents\Reader\Images i've the file HD2 HTC-HTC.jpeg

The correct extension is jpg. Jpeg will not be recognized.

It seems work for me. Check the correct name of the directory. No more ideas ...

Sorry, the extension is .jpg
Size is 750x750

May be it'is too much. I try to decrease the size of the picture.

I'd a space caracter in the name of the file. Without the space caracter, it works fine !!!!

Ahhhh, one of my favorite books!

Is there some possibility to change the ebook reader to "nightmode" - just switch the colors(black background and white text)?

What would be better, is white text on a dark grey background. Better for the eyes to read.

I code using white text on black background and I stare at the screen all bloody day. I think it's much easier on the eyes

Well, anything that isn't black on white is better. Less strain. Certainly flipping of the colours would help. Would be nice if this could somehow be hacked ^^
