Impressive screen on time, but I don't really understand why you guys are so fixated on having the longest screen time. What the hell do you do on the phone for 5-7 hours straight? I'd be happy enough to get even 2 on my Verizon Gnex when i'm outside.

Well I have a two hour commute so I'm on my phone most of the time and then while at school I use it for emails texting etc

~ 2h of those 5 were youtube watching, the rest was web browsing, reading xda,poweramp (~30min) and a lil temple run (+ a 45min call and a few sms). i don't use black themes or any battery saving tricks, furthermore i have a live wallpaper. i don't know if my nexus was born under a special star or something, or maybe it's some baseband/network-coverage combo, i really don't give a sh*t , all i know is it's working like i want it to ;)

    Yes. WIFI ALWAYS ON. Even when using HSPA+. Auto Sync ON. GPS ON. Bluetooth OFF, never use it. NFC off. Auto Brightness, but I always notice it on the dimmest setting.
