First, your screenshot says Galaxy Nexus, so I'm going to assume you've edited the build.prop to reflect that (this is based on the fact you're running an i777 modem).
Anyway, simply install a JB kernel and flash the rom of your choice. Refer to the OP in this thread
for the most current and stable kernel for the i777. You'll need to select the correct kernel for the rom you want to flash - be it Samsung or AOSP. There are over 4,000 comments in that thread, any questions you might have about what to flash will be there.
