Htc Released an mdpi phone with android ice cream sandwitch and HTC sense 4.
this phone is "Desire C"

Xperia mini/mini pro/live /active is also have same Chipset/Gpu/res and Ram size...
so..
can sense 4 ported to this phones??

Yep. Remember android is mostly hardware independent.
