It's now installed. According to the gapps it's jelly bean! It runs well on mine.

Based on the last response I made some changes to the build, which will fix the below:
1) No more Phone dial crashing
2) No more contact crashing
3) APN File working fine: fixdata.sh not required until you really have issue with Data connection or APN
4) More importantly Theme Manager application crashing which is somehow fixed.
The latest file is still uploading, will share the latest link in the morning.
I NEED A TESTER, to try this build .......

Only thing which cannot be fixed is:

Video and Radio << I will look into this later but first let fix the GPS which is working fine for me(tried flashing multiple times, no issues so far).
Please make sure the Positioning permissions are granted to all required apps under Security application -> Permissions -> Manage App Permissions -> Positioning..
Take a look on the these setting and make sure all Google apps allowed to access it.

Ok for the GPS/ Google map.
Now it's for weather. It cannot locate me, and when I manually condigure my city, it is found but cannot collect datas. It says "No network selected". Trying ti find how to configure but no results. The app is not on the list of app permission. Is there a way to add it?

The in build Weather app is only works in Chineese cities not for international version.

I've just flashed this, and so far it's very, very awesome. I've only had the phone crash on me, and that is expected as was written in the Op. I've yet to play around with it some more. One thing I need to ask, and I couldn't see it written anywhere. What version of Android is this? I would like to try the Wanam modules, but I don't want to install anything I shouldn't. If you could let me know that would be epic.

Air command settings are available but I don't see the text coming up on the pen nib. Yeah scrolling and touches works fine.
For myself, everything is working nicely except for the things mentioned in the Op and the Air Command feature. But yeah, everything is working very nicely and smoothly and I forgot how much I love the themes. I run MIUI on my Xperia Play and yeah, it's just a joy to look at. And it's so much smoother on the Note 2. Great job!

Ofcourse you can do this in Settings - > Display -> Launcher setting
Based on the last response I made some changes to the build, which will fix the below:

There is one thing I have noticed about this ROM. If anyone has gotten this working then please let me know. But any app that uses a pop up feature like ninja SMS, floating notifications ect, the pop up will only show for me when I'm in the actual app. If I move to any other app or the home screen the pop up will not show again unless I enter into said app like ninja SMS. I personally use floating notifications heaps when on a ROM that doesn't have halo. Does anyone else have this happen to them?

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Wipe data, cache, and dalvik
2. Install Rom zip file
3. Install gapps
4. Flash modem (if needed)
5. Flash kernel (if needed)
6. Boot into rom. You will likely have working 3g and not 4g. Setup the rom all the way through until you get to the homescreen.
7. Enable root using the permissions app in the security folder.
8. Add APN details ( Only if no Data connection you see even after turning ON 3G, else skip this part)
9. Download Terminal Emulator from play store ( only if Data connection messed up or not available, else skip this part)
10. Type "su" without qoutes. Hit enter. ( only if Data connection messed up or not available, else skip this part)
11. Type "fixdata.sh" without the quotes.The device will reboot.

A few force closes when you boot up but after that very smooth.
NOTE: If your Network Data is not working, just run "fixdata.sh" from terminal again

TRICK FOR SNOTE/SPEN:
This is the stable version of 4.6.13, no more phone fc. Remember if you want your SNOTE/SPEN module to work perfectly. PLEASE choose GT-N7100 device in the AROMA device list while flashing. This is the trick to handle the appropriate libraries. This selection does not impact on phone functionality but you will have SNOTE working.
So our final concern is LTE/4G now. Slowly I will fix this up.
