Used Safestrap to Restore and Wi-Fi won't turn on

When I go into settings to turn Wi-Fi on it looks almost greyed out. I can't turn it on or off. Any help would be awesome!

reinstall the rom.

The way I did this was by going into restore in Safestrap and then picking the folder where the backup was located. Do you mean just do it twice? Why would that fix the problem?

Just open build.prop and change secure.storage=true to false. Then reboot and WiFi works fine.

Having the same issue with my Mega. Searched build.prop but didn't find that entry in it
