If you see a ROM on AT&T version, and also see it on the t0lte (international LTE), then I'd presume it be safe to install the international lte version.
Personally I've only tested PAC and Rootbox. Anything else on t0lte that you try is all on your own
But generally speaking, as long as the t0lte rom you installed does not include the modem, it's good to go. Just don't go flashing the GT-N7100 ones; only GT-N7105
if you don't want the AT&T roms.
For kernel, most people would recommend NEAK and you can find that in the GT-N7100 forum.
