[Q] NEXUS 4 stuck on google logo

Dear everyone,

My phone gets on but is stuck on the four balls of google logo. I havent done anything like dropped or water. i am in India & I have bought phone from Dubai so no warranty here.

I am so much in this mess. I tried reading forums about Nexus 4 factory settings & Wipe Cache by hardware buttons using switch off button & volume buttons but it is still the same.

Please help me.

my opinion, is you can install this, http://xdaforums.com/nexus-4/orig-development/toolkit-wugs-nexus-root-toolkit-v1-8-2-t2015469

and make a factory restore
