I don't know. But clearly something is amiss. When you converted your UID on Vache's site, the new ICS UID converted number, should have been the same as your original UID number. Can you verify? (the 2 UID numbers have the same output)
Example;

For some reason, mine stayed the same.
Best bet, run this by Drellisdee on his RA Recovery thread. He;s the master of this, and maybe he has some insight.
