Both you and your friend needs to be online and have either Facebook or Messenger installed.
Yes i tried that but there is no call button for me at all... Can you send me screenshot? Because im sure i looked everywhere

Becuz that function is not available for your country yet. Try to change your ip to US and see if it works
You have to press your Android device menu button, and select Free Call from the menu. If there's no such thing, maybe its not available in your country yet. Try to download any free VPN in the Play Store like TunnelVPN and then retry.
