Couldn't seem to find and threads on this problem, so I'm hoping someone might know what's going on here. When I enable Restrict Background Data on my Galaxy S5, it completely disables all foreground data too. I'm currently using Project Infinity ROM but I tried reinstalling the stock ROM and a couple other custom ROMs with the same result. Does anyone know what might be causing this or how I could possibly fix it?
