Hi All,
For the past few weeks (6 weeks) I had performed 3 phone factory resets. It was my first time having had to perform a factory reset due to the malfunctions in key applications such as Play Store, Clock, etc, which began to stop working. My initial reset was due to "Unforuntately Clock has stopped.", where my second was due to Play Store, and my third being process.system. This sudden requirement to perform this many resets, in order for my phone to operate normally for a week or two, before I had to reset it again had me believe something was wrong with my phone.
It was until last Saturday my phone was working. My phone had froze, causing me to force shut down and reboot. However, unfortunately, it didn't reboot back up -ever. The phone hung on the first Samsung splash screen "Samsung Galaxy Note II - N7100". It stayed like this for well over half a hour, where I tried again, and still, the splash screen stayed.
After doing some research on the web, forums and articles advised for a wipe / factory reset through Recovery mode by holding VolUp+Home+Power, which I tried. But unfortunately errors messages appeared.
E:failed to mount /efs (No such file or directory)
E:failed to mount /cache (No such file or directory)
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_recovery
E:failed to mount /data (No such file or directory)
E:Can't mount /data/log/recovery_log.txt.
... (etc) - refer to photos
When I tried to wipe data/factory reset, the following appeared:
Wiping data...
Format /data...
E:Format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on dev/block/mmcblk0p12
Format /cache
E:Format_volume: make_extf4fs failed on dev/block/mmcblk0p12
Additional info:
I hope that you guys can help me get this phone up and running again.
Many thanks!

Additional info:
- I tried plugging my phone into my computer and run Kies, but my phone couldn't be picked up.
- This phone is a Samsung Note II International phone which I had grey-imported, where unfortunately it will be difficult for me to get it locally serviced without paying.
- This phone is not rooted.
- I am able to go into both recovery and download mode on the phone.
I hope that you guys can help me get this phone up and running again.
Many thanks!
