Slimkat was probably the best 4.4.4 ROM overall, in terms of number of supported devices, stability, features, professional release style, etc. SlimPOP (what it should be called IMO) is extremely stable, and has the original features slim fans have cone to expect. Choice between elemental x and Robbie's kernel is a matter of personal preference, both work well for slim.
