[Q] playstore and facebook app without internet then Root

hello friends, from one day makes my applications PlayStore and Facebook and can not connect to internet, and yesterday I Root my phone and I tried to unlock the bootloader to install the Recovery without success. I can Surfing the web and whatsapp, I need your help to recover these applications, i delete the cache files and i uninstall the updates.
sorry for my bad english...
