Can you post modified wpa_supplicant from honeycomb???? Or point me to where you were able to get it???

Wifi sleep
Is it just me or the Wifi sleep when screen is off doesn't work? I tried the two options available : "never" and "only when plugged in ". It's the only thing that keeps me from using this room daily. Without it, I need to charge almost everyday.
EDIT: it seems that the Wifi sleep policy is working fine. I guess that it only has a longer delay to shutdown Wifi than the HC ROM.

I just did and its working great (didn't wipe data, only cache). Love the additions to this build so far, great work.
I did. Wipe cache, dalvik, flash ROM then GAPPS. Works great.

First time with ICS on my tab, OMG it's working great! Have tested it somewhat, loaded tons of apps, looking great.
I did a full wipe (data, 3x cache, 3x dalvik), no major issues so far. It does went funny when entering some passwords with tweetcaster (flicker screen). HD videos working great so far (same ones I had playing on 2.2).
But the OMG was for how fast it feels compared to honeycomb. It looks (the UI, but also the browser - Opera mobile works like it has 2x the memory, or so it feels) faster than ICS running on my transformer prime. I must be seeing things, but it is what it is.

I flashed this time with no wiping at all. Just flashed in CWM and the replaced the bootanimation.zip with ES File Explorer as always after boot. Not a hiccup yet. Camera gets fixed hopefully soon and then it is perfect.

EDIT: Should mention I flashed over the build just previous to the Jan. 27 one. I believe it was Jan. 25 or 24 I was on.
Not many of the new additions are actually functioning, they are more like placeholders for many new features coming to CM9. Its the same thing on my Captivate.
This build is really nice...only issue for me is browser "freeze". I manually FC and connection resumes. That doesn't occur often enough to be a deal breaker.
Edit: browser freezing more frequently now...anyone else experiencing this?

Likewise just wiped dalvik and flashed over 1/24 build. no issues yet..hoping for camera and mic fixes soon

Can somebody let me know where can you turn on the option to use MTP in this rom?

Same goes for me, I can't use the ICS ROMs with VPN not working and it doesn't work on all ICS ROMs yet. But the performance is great. I'm switching as soon as VPN gets fixed.

as the old KANG build that got posted here is very old I've decided to compile my own builds.
As many people demanded a newer build you can use mine.
Flashing this may brick your device and there is no support from either Cyanogen and his crew or me. You do this on your own responsibility.
This build is not final - it's more an alpha build. If you decide to use it you shouldn't care about bugs.
I'll keep posting updates every day (if there is any reason for it). There will be no guaranteed support and I won't add user-specific features for anyone.
This is not my work - it's mostly from Pershoot & Cyanogen. This build uses Pershoot's GitHub as base for the device.
If you like the builds you're welcome to donate for some Club Mate / Beer and new hardware.
Works:
- WiFi works
- No more SOD or display flickering
- Buttery smooth
- HQ Videoplayback
- USB Transfer - use the MTP mode and stop complaining about ICS
Doesn't work:
- Camera doesn't work

Installation:
Flash CWM if you've got none (I'm using the Overcome one)
Backup your current build
Wipe data
Flash my build
Flash the Gapps
Reboot (may take a few minutes)
Enjoy
USB MTP:
As some people requested me to do a little How-to for enabling MTP-mode:
Go into the settings
Choose storage
Tap the 3 dots in the upper right (menu)
Choose "USB computer connection"
Check "Media device (MTP)"
Done
Notice:
This is a pure Android rom and no Samsung rom. There won't be any unneeded additions like TouchWiz, My Files, or whatever.
Look in the Market for other/better apps if you're seriously missing something. I won't any additions/apps/whatever to this rom except I want to use it myself (not gonna happen).
