As the original thread has been closed i am creating this thread on behalf of Temasek just for the rom , and help. Please report any bugs you see. Changelogs will be provided upon major releases.

NOTE

This can be used on ANY bootloader. (4.3 or 4.4)
CM has de-unified HLTE to 3 categories this ROM support these all three HLTE (GSM) , HLTESPR (CDMA)
HLTEVZW (CDMA) will receive builds but less frequently.

1st Time Installing
Download the ROM .zip
Download Gapps
WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET
WIPE SYSTEM
Install the update zip from recovery
Install gapps
Reboot

Already installed CM11.0/Dirty Flash
Download the zip
WIPE CACHE/DALVIK
Install the update zip from recovery
Reboot

I cannot flash 4.4, I get an error on recovery about Status 7

How can I restore SMS?
About restoring SMS, follow these steps:
- Go back to your previous rom (you did a nandroid backup, right?)
- Backup your SMS with SMS Backup and Restore
- Flash CM11
- Restore your SMS with SMS Backup and Restore but first make sure that SMS Backup and Restore is set as the default SMS App under settings. Once restored, you can set whichever SMS app you want as default (Messages, Hangouts or third party)

How can I change the DPI?
Texdroider DPI

Google Now does not work
Your country may not be supported by Google Now, try to use a VPN

Saying "Ok google" Does not work
Change google now language to "English(US)"

For users who have trouble flashing the ROM through TWRP despite having the md5 verification passed. Please re-flash the latest TWRP via Odin to get it working.

Must not pull out battery or else no log

PLEASE READ BEFORE FLASHING

Introduction of F2FS Support
From V155 onwards, there will be support of multiple file systems on a mount point. That means, users get to choose between maintaining existing EXT4 filesystem or the use of F2FS. Both will be supported.

What are needed for F2FS support?
Custom recovery that supports F2FS. I've compiled all 3 variants of HLTE with Philz Touch 6.58.7 with F2FS support.
Custom kernel that supports F2FS. In Build V155 comes with Temasek Kernel v3.98.2. This release supports F2FS.
Custom ROM Supporting multiple filesystem on a mount point. This is important so that at anytime you wish to convert from EXP4 to F2FS or F2FS back to EXP4, the rom will still support. In V155 onwards, this will be true.

What partitions with F2FS can Temasek Kernel v3.98.2+ support?
Data
Cache
External SDCard (Natively support, doesn't require additional support)

Why /system partition is not in the list of F2FS support?
This is because atm HLTE family cannot mount /system partition onto a F2FS filesystem, or at least I cannot figure out.

If I don't want F2FS, what should I do?
Nothing

Preparing for F2FS
If you want to perform FULL WIPE, skip this section. If not continue with the following steps.
Clear your contents of your external sdcard in preparation of some space to backup stuffs
Flash custom recovery with F2FS support
Custom backup /data & /data/media (your internal sdcard) & /cache to your external sdcard
Backup your internal sdcard contents again to your computer (optional)
You are ready. Proceed to "HOW TO CONVERT TO F2FS?"

How to convert to F2FS?

WARNING: Your INTERNAL SDCARD WILL BE WIPED!!!

Assumed you have backup your /data & /data/media (internal sdcard).
Download V155 into your external sdcard. If you do not have external sdcard, you need to perform sideload flashing of V155 via recovery.
Download custom kernel with F2FS support to your external sdcard. If you are using Temasek Kernel, you can skip this as V155 includes kernel with F2FS support.
Boot to custom recovery with F2FS support
Select "Wipe and Format Options"
Select "Custom Format Options"
Toggle f2fs ext4 migration
It will display "ext4 f2fs conversion enabled"
Select "format /data and /data/media (/sdcard)" - choose f2fs
Select "format /cache" - choose f2fs
Restore your /data & /data/media & /cache from your backup
Flash V155
Reboot
Enjoy

V155 will be available for ALL supported variants. A separate flashable kernel & recovery will also be made available for ALL. I am posting this in advance for ALL to read before I proceed to upload all relevant files.

Earlier on I noticed version 55 on temasek's site so I downloaded and flashed (with all wipes) over my 51 beta 2 but once booted I had no signal. I looked through settings and couldn't find anything unusual so I restored the backup I took for simplicity, weirdly though I still had no signal and can't seem to get it back. I've cleaned the sim, looked through settings again and they seem okay, searched xda but can't find this problem. Any ideas what I could try?

Have enabled cursor for the stylus...wondering if anyone knows away to change it? As s-pen seems to be off point simply mirroring the pointer would rectify the perception issue. Any ideas? I have googled but too many leads to old content and unreliable websites

Wasn't really many issues anyway in all honesty, I think most issues were more "wanted features or people who hadn't read OP"

Nah i mean revamping of his latest build , he was actually having issues himself. Like fcs and stuff.
I hope that this will give him some space :) and let him create more magic.

EE by any chance? -- They've had a massive blackout and have cited "gremlins in the system" as the reason this morning.

    Comes with Temasek Kernel v3.98.1.
    - Includes Sammy update 9 kernel sources.
    - Fixed flip_wake_lock issues and more.
    - Removal of flip cover feature in kernel and uses slayher ROM implementation
    - Smart Cover feature in Display Settings now works. You now can enable/disable smart covers (if you own one). I'm using a flip cover so I know it works :p

    If u can't get the PREVIEW, so be it. Wait for preview 2 next week. It's not really good for daily use yet.

    In this preview build, I had to make last minute changes to device branches thus possibly breaking something. The changes in msm8974-common broke hlte branches. I had to do something in between to make it build.

    As I mentioned, device branches not finalised so it's really good to wait for a decent build.
