You have to compromise with every phone...
Note 1 had black crush problem
Mega has screen thats brightest in the middle and dimmer on the edges
Perhaps newer amoleds will last longer than first generation's...
Benefits outweigh the bad things, besides, my personal preference is darker system colors, wallpapers etc. and let's be honest - on amoled black is black -
I don't own a phone more than a year and a half (N7000 was the longest 1y10m) so I believe that if Mega 2 comes out, my current Mega goes for sale.
How long will the amoled last is not a real concern for me!
