Thanks everyone for helping, i fixed it by service in my town. They did not charged me anything, because i had guarantee list, and my data is still in phone, nothing is deleted. I do not know how, everything is ok now

Im on mobile-phone repairing business for 8 years, and I know they are not GOD. (AND OF-COURSE AN EGO ISSUE IS RELATED
So again Im asking for help , plz anybody knows how to flash sony-xperia c ?? n.b* pc companion , updateservice, flashtool, emma, adb sideload, update from zip, all fails.
** may be sevicecenter has an signed zip for flash via "android system recovery<3e>".

There is a new update available today. I think you should try your chance with Sony PC Companion
By the way update is not available for all countries yet, if you don't see an update, try in 2 days.
