[Q] AOSP sound/audio glitches

So on every AOSP ROM I install I seem to get a buzzing sound similar to when you are listening to a CD and it is scratched and the audio stutters. I'm not running any audio mods, and the issue appears most often in YouTube. Any help would be appreciated.
