[Q] Wacom Tablets with Android 4+
I have recently bought 3 OTG USB cables and have tested from a range of generic and brand mice, keyboards, USB sticks, and webcams.
Everything seems to work perfectly on all 3 cables with my 2 Jelly Bean devices other than my Wacom tablets, which are the only reason why I got the OTG cables.
I saw these videos of people just plugging in their Wacom tablets and using them as mice.
My devices are the Hisense Sero 7 Pro (stock/no root) and Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G (CGMod 10/root of course)
The USB sticks mounted perfectly without the Nexus Media Importer and mice showed the cursor and worked extremely well.
When plugging in the Wacom tablets to the tablet or phone, the light turns on and flashes when the pen is pressed or the buttons are pressed.
The tablets I have tried were the Bamboo Fun and the Bamboo Pen (previous gen model with no touch input). I have tried the Bamboo Splash Pen, but the light turns on and flashes, like if a Windows PC were looking for drivers.
It seems like the older tablets would work, seeing as how the light responds to input.
Does anyone have any knowledge on this and any way on how to fix this with or without root?
Thank you for reading.
