To enable Acer Ring & Acer UnlockScreen :
-The easy way : download and flash this file with recovery : http://fileshost.fr.mu/download/110/AcerShell.zip.html
-The other way : Set acer.shell.mode & acer.shell.contacts.mode to ENABLED in build.prop
