Interestingly, I've already tried kernels from Lord, RCMIX V6/V7/V7.1 and now UNITY V10. All of them have the same problem of not running those scripts. Anything we can do to help?

I don't think the init.d scripts problem is related to Kernel. I got the init.d scripts working now, but forgot what change I had make. Because I test many stuff on the phone...
V 7.1 is also not that good. eating battery faster

is OC / UV beater2 work fine in the 1.5 rom? Just to reconfirm. I read all the post saying OC / UV beater2 cause a lot problem. But I dont understand.. Can some confirm for me that OC / UV beater2 working well. If not, let me know what to do. I really need OC / UV beater2.

At least not working for me, as it not stick after you reboot your device.

In 1.5 ROM, OC/UV Beater2 can correctly display all wake and sleep options. It can also restart the oc daemon when you hit the activate buttons.
But the problem is init.d scripts are not automatically run in 1.5 which also include those scripts created by OC/UV Beater2. So oc daemon is not run automatically after a reboot.
Nik and some others are working on a solution now. I believe it will not take long.

P/S: O/C Daemon give much better performance and battery then SetCPU than others

I encountered the charge freeze this morning. Up until now I've had no major bugs that have caused me any huge issues but the battery drain has been noticibly higher than what I experienced on the _Final version of this rom - to the point where I generally have about 6-8% battery left at the end of the day where I would have around 35% previously after the same type of usage.
For the record, I'm using the rom in its "out of the box" form, no changes made to voltages etc. Obviously I have installed all the apps I normally use but these are the same apps as I have always used so regardless of whether they are causing a drain, they drain is markedly higher on the new rom for whatever reason.
I haven't changed kernel or radio as I wanted to try and keep things as standard as possible. Have only just installed aLogcat as the charge-freeze is the first issue that I've encountered that I would consider to be a true bug and one which would force me to start making changes to my system in one way or another, be it changing the kernel or reverting back to the 'final' version.
Will post aLogcat details when/if I get the charge-freeze again.

only other modification: used the circular battery mod by itandy from its first release in this thread (not the UOT version) - error occured beforehand as well.

eg. for font : DroidSansFallback.ttf , DroidSans.ttf,DroidSans-Bold.ttf,Clockopia.ttf
for bootanimation : htc_bootanimation.zip
for downanimation : htc_downanimation.zip
Rename your files to the names given above and apply them from the " Tweaks " app in Settings and your done
Please dont go to update the " Tweaks " app it will give a Force close on future use .
Note that when u apply the font or bootanimation or downanimation , phone will hot reboot showing u that ur choice has been applied

Installation Instructions :
I RECOMMEND A FULL WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET & WIPE DALVIK Cache.
1.Enter ClockworkMod Recovery ( Recommended ) or 4ext
2.Perform a Nandroid backup for safety ( personal decision whether to backup or not )
3.Perform Full Wipe Data / Factory Reset
4.Perform Wipe Dalvik Cache
5.Make sure you place the ROM .zip file at the root of your sd card before you start the flashing process.Perform Install by zip and choose the Rom zip
6.Njoy the Rom
NOTE :
The first boot may take a while so please wait and dont start restarting the phone or remove battery or anything
After rom has booted up give the rom time to settle down like go into different menus and submenus till the rom settles down and you feel the speed
Go to Settings ---> Privacy ----> Tick Backup my settings --> Untick Automatic Restore & then untick Backup my Settings
This rom is bugfree . i have atleast tried to make it bugfree but if you find any bugs please report with the name of the kernel you are using . i will try and clear them as soon as possible
For now i advise you please dont flash any patches provided in some other roms . if any bugs persists after flashing a particular patch please dont report . i will be making patches for various mods myself and will posting them. If you try any themes or mods and find them working perfectly report in the thread i will post it in the mods post after me myself trying it .
