Juice defender works. Run it for a few days, then take it off. Youll see the difference

All its doing is shutting off services apps that you are not using at the moment. You can do that manually and save a little more power.
Just think, you could make shortcuts onto your homescreen and shut off the same services it does and save the same power plus save a little more power because you dont have the juice defender app or whatever your using running in the back ground.
Personally for me, I bought the phone to take advantage of what it can do, I dont want to have to add extra steps just to get my location working or use gps. When you buy one of these phones, you should expect battery to be an issue if you plan on using it alot.
Im not trying top knock anyone here at all as each user has their own reason or obstacle that may give them a need for this but for the normal user, they put so much time and effort into finding the exact settings that are going to save them an hour or 2 when they simply could add a rezound battery or the extended battery and not worry about anything and use the phone the way it should be.
If you are against the bulk size thats added, before you get caught up on it, you really should try it. After a few days you wont even notice it and most actually wind up liking the grip and feel...
