Sense roms don't have a R/W directory for boot anims(afaik). I believe it must be flashed to either:
/system/media/resources
or,
/system/media/
But then again, I may be wrong.

zip -0 bootanimation.zip part0/* part1/* desc.txt
/* means everything thats under that directory
i found out the -0 command by typing "man zip" in terminal
man pages are your friend
