even though the Samsung is at 94 -dBm it is still at 4/5 bars, while the htc is the same, all but one bar.
So it's never good to go by the bars as they both had the same but HTC radios always get me better reception, at least in upstate NY.
This has been my experience as well. It's one of the reasons I stick with HTC. I do seem to get faster speeds over my Rezound with comparable signal strength though.
