Double check that you're using correct PIT. Because incorrect one partitions phone's NAND in a totally incorrect way and of course Odin won't be able to write anything to those partitions since they are in wrong places.

I haven't needed to Odin flash anything in nexus but plenty with SGS, so I could be wrong but I hope you'll get your phone back up and running

Did you get this issue fixed? If yes, could you help me out as I'm also stuck in the same situation. Tried the OMAPFlash but it went back to the triangle mode

I want able to fix mine. Luckily, I was able to return it.
