Well the changelogs all over the world means what have changed over the last version and that version is finished.
When a version is released, if you look at that page there is already the changelog for the next version.

too bad. The Vibrator works fine with CM7.2RC0 and so does "ringing" (at least my Xperia mini pro).
I'm with ST15 (Mini only, not pro). I'll do a full backup and try the 7.2 version again.
Guys, can you make video with this ROM? In the bugs stays only HDMI problem, but does this mean, that video recording is not working?
I can't make video - neither with stock camera app, nor with LG camera. Can you?

I don't want to loose any settings.
O i still need to flash boot.img, wipe cache and run update.zip?
Or install update via ROM manager without flashing boot.img ?

HOWTO
to flash cm7 rom you have to take 3 steps (after unpacking the 7z archive)
step 1 - copy update.zip to sdcard
step 2 - flash new kernel (always use the kernel provided in CM7 / it is incompatible with stock ROM)
ON PC - run fastboot flash boot boot.img (an black window will open and will stay open untill kernel is flashed)
ON PHONE - put phone in fastboot mode (power off then press volume up and plug usb cable) and phone LED will light BLUE
step 3 - when phone is booting (first 5 seconds) press volume down key several times to enter recovery and choose apply update from sdcard
WARNING - if you used another rom (stock or custom) you have to wipe data or device will not boot
