Want to root my note 3 require help

Hello,
I have a note 3 model N9005XXUENE3 and was going to root using towel root.
I have the apk file downloaded.
Can someone please explain how i turn off re lock and app security?
Do i have to do a backup of phone before root or after?
I read about a nandroid backup i think using titanium backup.
Hoping someone could please advise me.

What do u mean by that?
I asked how to turn off re lock and app security.
I asked about a backup of phone maybe a nandroid backup.

What @AwesomeSMS said, you don't need to do anything.Just install the APK and then root your phone.Also wrong forum section...
