I formatted the card like three times in recovery and now I am now able to save screen shots but my folders inside folders still keep deleting themselves, no clue why but this is better then nothing. Just thought I would keep everyone up to date on what's up.

Lets be clear here, we are strictly talking about after formatting the card with your phone. The folders that "delete" themselves are actually gone (not view-able from your phone or PC) or just not found by your music app? What was the result of using root explorer or ES explorer?
