[Q] Will stuttering go away with ICS?

Certain apps like Bacon reader and Words with Friends have a bit of a stutter when you scroll.

I just noticed this video:

and was wondering if I flash ICS onto my Inc2, will I be able to activate the GPU acceleration and make the stutter go away?

Wwf is that way due to the app..

Hopefully but I am not sure if we will have that option in the real ICS.
