Refurb flyer from cowboom but stock at htc logo

Just received my flyer from cowboom.
Turned it on and its stuck at htc logo.
Booted on to hboot and it shows

**unlocked**
flyer pvt ship s-on rl
hboot-1.11.0011
microp-0950
radio-3809.07.04.06_m
emmc-boot

Is this fixable? Looks brand new with no scratch but wont boot to android.

tried to connect to computer but computer is not detecting device in adb.
I do have android composite adb interface in device manager.

tried
adb devices
adb kill-server

but cant seem find my tablet.
But fastboot works fine.

Likely can be saved by relocking the hboot and flashing the stock ruu. Or something like that

Had to find what version it is on fastboot(US 01 version)
and lock using fastboot
Now its installing stock ruu.
Hope it goes alright.

Surprise they dont check before sending them out.

LOL, so you got a Flyer that someone tried to root, bricked, and sent back as defective!

Hopefully you got it working. I know these things can often be saved (from personal experience, semi-bricking an Evo 4G).
