+1 There is a noticeable difference without a doubt when compared to the previous version, and along with the updates to Wolfson Audio I couldn't imagine ever using a different kernel now lol. I've been messing around with it and I switched it to "Game Mode" just before I noticed your post, and so far it's incredible. I'll let ya know if the battery life takes a huge dump or not lol. Just out of curiosity and if you don't mind, how do you have yours setup and do you have any suggestions on which governor or scheduler to try? Thanks

I have uNEAK engine set on normal mode with adw ex as my launcher and all transitions animation set "off".
with this combo I can say I have a perfect phone...absolutely no hiccups whats so ever even when im multitasking with camera.

I'm sorry man I just saw your post and apparently you figured it out. I actually emailed the dev from the link on the Uneak Engine App on the Play Store, and asked if he could send me the correct link for the updated kernel. I had no clue (so I'm glad I asked lol) that's what the "OTA Updater" option is for in the Uneak Engine App. I don't know how you updated it or if you have the Pro version or not, but I just updated mine through the app and it did the rest. Where did you get the update from?

only use n7105 lte for Samsung fw's its on the first post or you can just update with app

Well I'll let someone else answer that question because I did it a different way, but you can do it another way if you want. You can flash the NEAK kernel in Aroma first (which is the previous version before the new update we're talking about) and then get the Uneak Engine App from the Play Store (you'd also need to buy the pro key but it's worth it imo). Once you've done that you could just update NEAK with the ota updater from then on in the Uneak Engine App. Just a suggestion anyway, but from what I understand you do not have to buy anything in order to get the updated version if you're not able to, because you can always get it from the forum. I just don't know exactly which one you should get because I did it the way I just explained

Thanks. I just went on that site and flashed the 1.7 and everything is running great. I left it on normal mode to see how it is compared to the stock kernel

I understand your point. but in the same respect it does get very frustrating hearing the same question over and over.... just sayin
people need to understand that this is a DEVELOPER forum, and a DEVELOPEMENT thread, NOT a Q&A thread and NOT a N00B Forum.
If you don't know how to make something work, or fix your problems, or anything else, there are plenty of forums for N00bs; this is NOT one of them..And, if you have a valid question, that, after searching you can't find any answers for, then post them in the PROPER forum, NOT in a Development thread..

He IS handling it; its people like you that are either too lazy to find the answers to their questions, or are not at the experience level to know what they are doing that get threads like this derailed and impossible to find anything pertaining to DEVELOPEMENT, which is what this thread is for..

That's crazy man cause I get the best battery life out of NEAK than any other kernel (that I've tried anyway). I'm not saying you're crazy though because every device is different so what works for some might not work for others. When you were on NEAK did you let it cycle a couple of times before switching over? When I flashed NEAK at first I didn't notice a difference until I ran the battery down and then charged it overnight, and after that it was like a whole new phone. From what I've read you should always let a new kernel go through at least a couple of charge cycles before getting rid of it, so just thought I'd ask.
About the "this is not a noob thread" comment that somebody made, it's not that I completely disagree with what you're saying, but unless you're a developer, every thread for a new rom is "technically" a noob thread. Every custom rom is different so everybody who goes into a new custom rom thread for the first time, is always going to be a "noob" to that rom. That being said, 99.9998% of questions that people might have, can be answered without even having to ask, by searching and reading. I completely agree that it's annoying when people ask questions that have been answered a million times, but everybody makes mistakes so I don't think it's necessary to slam someone for asking an already asked question. If they continously ask questions that have been answered already, that's a different story because that shows they're obviously too lazy to search themselves. I've seen people say that they don't feel like reading through a 100 pages for an answer, and imo that means they also don't feel like rooting their phones and flashing custom roms either.

when i flashed it my batt was at like 60 percent then charged it to 100 and gsammy app said system was using like 14 percent ans kernel was at 8, but i only ran the kernel for like 10 hrs during this process and didnt let it die so that also might be the problem, but last kernel i flashed was saber kernel 15.2 on jedi master rom, which didnt work on this rom, kept getting boot loops. but i might retry it later to day and give it a couple cycles,
