Unfortunately neocore is around 25.1 fps

I only see the free version of "CacheMate for Root Users Free"

So you may be right, protected apps wont show up with the Froyo custom ROM

My apologies. I had myself confused. I was referring to the screenshot in the first post where it appears to be running 2.1-update1... in the build number it says "test-keys"

Hmm maybe the root process (not froyo rom) is changing the build?

I'll keep an eye on all that when I get my EVO tomorrow. Even if that is the case, I know the ROMs fingerprint can be changed... so it should be fixable.

Anyone have a rooted 2.1 evo? Can you see paid cachemate in the market?

wireless tether for root users

I know you said wireless tether for root users doesn't work on froyo, but I was curious if it works without froyo. If you just root the stock ROM will the wireless tether work? anyone know?
