Tile on main screen to on/off ICS?

I am looking for application which will add tile to enable or disable internet connection sharing on WP7.
If it is not possible, I would love to have application which will make a shortcut from main screen to ICS settings.
I have already tested multiple shortcut application and none of them has this function.

Quick Switch have, your Phone have to be unlocked.

Install the xap, open Quick Switch and go to main, scroll down to Internet Sharing, tap and hold and pin to start.
