What happened now is the following: You've been forced to uninstall BMM. without it you don't have 2nd boot anymore and the stock slot just can play STOCK ROM. So, if you aren't running the stock ROM right now, I think there's no way to save your phone without reflashing everything again over fastboot. I had this problem many times, and I didn't found a solution other then replace the content in system partition with the original. And the phone just can boot if the data partition is empty or have the content of the RMO you're using. So, you also need to wipe data. Sorry.
