Best thing to do is create your own prerooted rom. although it is a tedious task and can be quite frustrating to get right it is the best way to do it. Their is a guide on how to do it on here which is the best way. I spent days flashing other roms and stuff and ended up getting stuck in boot loops and having to reflash my phone to 4.1.2 I did mine last night and used root app removal to remove bloat ware off my phone, the result is a very fast rooted stock rom. that is best thing to do.
