Default Problem Safe Mode

Good evening everyone, I'm new to the forum and I have a problem with my xperia arc.
2 days ago my phone got wet with seawater, I had put in rice for a day and I finally got it to work, but always switched on in safe mode.
FlashTool I used, but when restarting the phone was still in safe mode. I used PC Companion doing a hard reset, but the phone continues to reboot in safe mode
As I can get out of safe mode?????
Forgive my English, I am translating with google. please help dont know what else to do.

You're really lucky you got your phone working after it took a swim in seawater Problem is, after it does work, it's not guaranteed to work fully like before. I think this problem might have something to do with the minerals that are still left in your phone after the water has been evaporated so there's not much you can do Of course, go to a phone service person to double check

Wow its great that your phone is still alive I know nothing about this stuff but maybe there is a short on your phone mobo that activates safe mode at every boot. Safe mode is activated by holding right button combinations while turning on your phone so this seems possible.

Thank you very much for the answers so fast, I completely disassembled the phone and seen traces of rust on some parts and I've cleaned, I've become a mess in rice overnight and when I come to work I will try again.

After talking on the phone with technical service told me that does not look good, you may have but the cost would be under very high.
Anyway, thank you very much for the assistance.
