M monkeny Member Feb 15, 2011 22 1 Jul 2, 2014 #1 I have a N3 with T-Mobile obviously the tap and pay doeant work. What stops it? Is it coded into the phone? Is it the sim card? I was talking to a rep at a store and he said he can get non isis cards. Will that enable it?
