Well V23 is the latest release of 4.3. I have a mirror on page 949.
have you tried lagfix from the play store? Perhaps that resolves the laginess in your rom....
The 23 link don't work, comes back unsuccessful straight away but I've installed.lagfix and that seems to have helped. Time will tell I guess! Is that the same sort of thing as seeder?
The link should work. I just tested it... Anyway..
Lagfix does something called TRIM. It cleans Android under the hood... Google it, and it will be clear.
Aroma is a piece of software used to install the rom, it's not a recovery but yes, I'd recommend you twrp for your recovery. Flash this.from.your current custom recovery http://goo.gl/lB81ND

i installed this android hd 31.0 on my android 4.1.2 and it got stuck on samsung logo so i backup my old version through twrp, but now i dont get any network and in network mode i shows only cdma and lte, no GSM network available i dont get any network what should i do now??
i try to flash mj5 bootloader in odin but it fails. I am stuck with a phone that has no network and no imei number....
1st flash stock rom with out knox bootloader then wipe then install v31

The easiest fix should be to flash the latest stock rom for your country and carrier from sammobile
Btw, what handset do.you have? This rom is for the n7100 and i notice your viewing the n7105 forum! I don't believe this rom will work on the n7105

the main problem is I bought this phone 2nd hand so i dont know the country and carrier of this phone, is there anyway to find country and carrier of the phone, also i am not sure if this is GT-N7100 or N7105 because in about device it shows baseband N7100ZSLLB1 but in cpu identifier it shows se.infra build number. N7105XXDLL1

Dear developer, do you have any plan to develop a version for Galaxy Note Pro? I saw you have already developed a version for Galaxy Note 10.1 2014. Note Pro is a powerful device that could let me forget my laptop but it is lacking of third party ROM. If you could think about Note Pro, that would be wonderful.

How to flash:

- Boot your phone in recovery mode (home + vol up + power)

A: This is probably SD card problem. Format your SD card (FAT32 recommended) to gain silky smooth playback.
Q 4: My Gallery app force close when I tap on any folder How to fix it?
A: Probably you removed Google+ application. Just restore it. (Thanks to Hunteres for the solution)
Q 6: I have some strange issues with my ROM that nobody reported before. What should I do in first place?
A: In first place you should check, if the MD5 Checksum is correct. Then flash ROM again and see if the issue is gone. A lot of strange issues can be solved this way.
Q 8: I can't send/receive MMS or I can't connect with mobile data connection. How can I fix it?
A: Please check your MMS settings or mobile data connection APN settings.
Q 10: My GPS signal is very weak or GPS is not working at all. How can I fix it?
A: There are some solutions:
1. You can download and install FasterFix to improve your signal strength.
2. You can download and install GPS Status & Toolbox to manage your GPS settings.
3. Turn off "Fast boot" under "Settings" ---> "Power" and reboot your phone.
4. Wipe the EFS data in your device. Read this for further instuctions. This is very effective solution.

Q 12: My Quadrant score is not as high as on different ROM. What does it mean?
A: It means absolutely nothing. Benchmarks on Android System are more or less lottery and they are not showing the real system performance.
There are many settings that can force Quadrant to show more then 3000 points but it's faked performance, that actually can slow down your phone in some circumstances.
What I always emphasize is a real performance, the one you can feel under your fingers. Remember that I/O has some limit and surpassing it shows just a numbers without true ratio.
Also keep in mind that Quadrant has support for Android Gingerbread only in version 1.1.7 and higher.
