try this one. I don't have floyo, so I modified this based on froyobread.

extract it, push to system/bin and chmod 0755

ups, revert back to no-transparent status bar as you can see the date (on third fix) still overlaping with the icon. if you love stock theme so you should chose the first fix with no transparent.
quick report: about the ramdisk, i don't see any changes on the free ram.

correct me if I'm wrong
with many app open, its use alot ram, which is our goal in this case.
if a minfree is big, then background app will be closed when ram is low.
so in this ram, minfree is lower than before, so it will not close the app when ram is low.
and free ram is depend on app that's open, minfree only managing it.

it should be easier to test minfree with S97 script.

question here: I'm planning to root my x8 today with flashtool and install xR with the flashtool.. it's gonna be my first time to root and I plan to go with kuyadroid.
what are some of the common bugs experienced by kuyadroid? sorry because the threads are too long to read..

does it also have the pinch zoom? i don't know how can i determine if mine is cypress or synaptics..

you don't have to read all this thread.
1st page and a few page from behind I think will be enough.

about gesture or multi touch, there is a sticky thread in general section,
it have all the instructions you need.

because this is your first time, I suggest you read 2 or 3 sticky thread in general section.
I can explain it better than they do.

about bug.. I hope someone else that use this rom give you the answer.

how long should i wait for the first boot? i have a bad feeling that it won't go further that Cyanogen logo ... i waited for 5 minutes already

EDIT : it seems that wiping data before updating is very important

it worked when i followed instructions exactly. It looks great!

BUG Report: Hotspot not working

Hi,

when I try to start the Android Built-in WIFI Hotspot the Rom crashes and the device reboots.

Can someone please confirm?

I am not able to launch a Wifi Hotspot with this Rom.

hi kuya its me and i've rooted my phone. the rom is good and is pretty smooth. the problem is that wifi always disconnects after authenticating and just loops and loops. i cannot connect to a wifi zone. please help.

idk where is your problem, try to delete remembered connection, maybe it help.

kuya, another problem.. I managed to connect to wifi after clearing dalvik cache and doing full wipe consecutively.. but the problem again is that i cannot install apps which are 10mb higher. after the download is completed it just loops.. it downloads the app again..

edit: rebooting wifi can solve the problem but sometimes the problem still persists and it is quite annoying that after a long download it will loop and you have to reboot wifi.

except that any ea game that I play just closes after a couple of seconds after starting it, I've tried it on NFS Shift and Sims 3 I don't think it is a force close because it closes with no message :/ do you know what could be going wrong?

Yes, I had this problem with NFS Shift and I solved it by installing newer version of game, but I don't remember which version worked

hmm I'll try it out, though NFS Shift did work on floyo 1.0 and hack droid.

i'ne tried v2.7.136 and i loved the blazing speed but had lot's of reboots. and i mean lots; like while downloading or in file explorer..... had to get back to FXP011b
