Play Store weird download

I try downloading apps from play store and they r not getting downloaded properly. It goes above 100% and keeps going. Time remaining goes in minus. Then I have to cancel and redownload it. This thing frequently happens in my phone.

I just bought one, and it's doing the same thing. Weird. Nothing will install.
