Most customisable rom?

So far I have tried cyanogen and cataclysm.

Not happy with customisation options.

Any suggestions?

Edit:

Like to customize status bar heavily but most importantly the nav bar. I like to have menu at left, home in middle, and back at the right.

First of all: Does this really belong in the general section?
Second: Rom comparing threads are against the rules.

Third: Why don't you flash some of the Roms that offer a lot of customizations, there are a lot of them, both in development and original development. Don't get lazy just 'cause you've tries two Roms.

Fourth: Android 4.4 is still pretty new, and devs are working their asses of trying to bring you and I great and rich features, show them some respect in stead of acting like a spoiled little brat!
