Hallo,
I am triiying to root my sgs3 because I want to disable fast dormancy, which needs root permissions.
I used ODIN v3.07 and the proces went well, it loaded the cf-root-sgs3-64 file, rebooted my Phone and a script was executed that did soms installing, and odin said "passed"and action succesfull.
But now I have a CWM which does not work because the kernal is not the one it expects, and SuperSU wont run, and rootcheck sais your kernal is not rooted.
I tried the proces more then once, I deleted cache via clockwork, left battery out for some minutes, but every time ii try Odin sais succesfull, but the Phone is not rooted.
And I am very anoyed by the terible battery drain since the 4.3 update from samsung.
I do not want to flash a complete rom, the I will lose too much data.......
Can anyone please help me, give me some tips please?
