The camera issue seems be a widespread problem for all the HTC ports, havent looked into Samsung and others just yet
Wrote up this article before with HTC AOSP ports and what isnt working, and sure enough the camera is there for every under device

Hit Menu > New APN
Use the following settings based on your carrier.
AT&T (Inspire)
Name: AT&T
APN: wap.cingular
Proxy: wireless.cingular.com
Port: 80
Username:WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password:CINGULAR1
Server: leave blank
MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com
MMS Proxy: wireless.cingular.com

APN Type: leave blank
For other carriers you will need to Google to find these settings.
Maybe can be apply at Incredible s ICS port too ..

Yes I have, all I had to do was put in the default apn and it worked like a charm
I did get some notices that said to reboot to connect to mobile network, but they went away after I put the correct apn.Here it is for those who need it:

you may try put your sd card into card reader ..
thus copy/ paste is possible.
I'm swapping between CM7 and ICS. Would it be possible to add the files in CM7 and then copy/paste in ICS?
Cool. Will try it when I get home. It's quite annoying that all market downloads are on the damn home page. Have to delete them one by one. Also market doesn't automatically download my apps. Any solution to that?

EDIT3: Updated Market Here (3.3.12) not sure what it improves over 3.3.11, but it's nice to be up to date On an more annoying note, borked my install trying to fix HW Accel and didn't backup, so have to reinstall before I can try another fix 6
Hey bro I have used the components from the dhd ics and from here and there, its fixed quite of things will post a complete rom ..my hw accelaration seems fixed still I will try urs if u don't mind I will integrate it in the rom .+ this rom is ext3 I already have built it over ext4 ..will post the rom in a while good to see you active after a long time
